This newly completed house in Los Naranjos De Marbella is less than a mile from Puerto Banus with its restaurants, shops and marina. The sandy beaches next to the marina include watersports and beach restaurants. The urbanisation offers numerous sporting facilities and the local Clubhouse has a restaurant (including a carvery on Sunday with kids entertainment), bar, internet centre, childrens area and a mini supermarket. Marbella is just a 10 minute drive or there is a regular bus service that stops 100 yards from the house. Marbella offers some of the best Golf courses in Europe, you will be surrounded by 4 golf courses here with several more within a short drive.

Weekend alternative:

- The rental price includes apartment rental, linen, towels and electricity/gas for normal consumption.
- Price includes cleaning at the end of your stay. We do offer a mid week clean on request at a further charge.
- Once we have confirmed your booking and received payment we guarantee the price will not change.
- From time to time we may make special offers – these prices apply to new bookings only.
- If you use more than average electricity (20€ per week) you will be charged on departure.
- A security deposit of £250 is required. This must be received in our UK bank account before your arrival and will be refunded within 5 days of your departure minus any deductions for damage to the property:
- Loss of keys will be charged locally to cover the locksmith’s charge.
- If you cancel a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
More than 6 weeks before arrival – 25% of total cost
Within 4 weeks – Full cost payable
No charge if you find someone to replace you.
A contract is deemed to be in place upon receipt of payment. The person making the booking accepts the booking conditions on behalf of all members in the party.

Puerto Banus is situated between Marbella and San Pedro (approximately 6 km from Marbella) and is home to some of the most impressive yachts in the world. There are 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, one en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, wc, bidet, and vanity wash basin.
Second bathroom accessed from landing with bath/shower over, wc, bidet and vanity washbasin. Separate wc on ground floor.
Kitchen:
Fully fitted new kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Living Rooms:
Spacious lounge/dining area with doors leading to the patio and on to the private garden.
Lounge
has large leather sofa and chair with dining for 6 people. Patio also has table with 4 chairs. There is a stereo, sky with widescreen TV and DVD player.
Other: The property includes a roof terrace.
Cleaning / towels / linen/ maid service:
All guests will be greeted upon arrival, shown round the property and keys handed over. Linen and bathroom towels are supplied and changed weekly. The property is cleaned weekly. Shopping upon arrival and additional cleaning/linen changes can be arranged.

Coast/Beach
Located within walking distance to sandy beaches at Puerto Banus, offering watersports and numerous beach bars and restaurants. Marbella beaches are a 5min drive away.
Golf
Los Naranjos is surrounded by 4 golf courses, La Dama de Noche, Las Brisas, Aloha and Los Naranjos - the first being just a 2 minute walk away. There are many other golf courses nearby as this property is located in the heart of the Costa del Golf. The local golf academy is adjacent to the development and if you have not visited the area a tour can be arranged.
Skiing
The mountains in Granada are approximately 3 hours drive away.

Travel
Los Naranjos is approximately 35 minutes drive from Malaga Airport along the new N340 motorway. You can hire a car or transfer either by Taxi or bus service from the airport to Marbella. There is a regular bus service from Marbella to Los Naranjos.
Distances
Puerto Banus is less than 1 mile away, San Pedro is less than 2 miles away and Marbella is 3 miles.
Seville, Granada, Ronda and Gibraltar are all within a 1 - 2 hour drive.

We recommend you visit Orange Square in Marbella Old Town and the Sunday carvery at the clubhouse is a must, particually if you are visiting with children.
